Replacing Side mirror



Are you know? side mirror replacement is very easy.Its cost less than 100$.but importen thing is replacement body parts have to be painted to match your car.With info in hand we visited an auto parts store and pechased can of aerosol touch up paint and primer. both ar cost 15$.

Paint the mirror was easy. We simply masked off the glass and followed the spraying instruction on paint can.



















now lets go for replacement
















1. Pop off the mirror trim panel using the Door Panel Remover tool






2.  Remove decorative vanity caps from screw with the hooked pick, then remove the screws
























3. Check for retainig screws holding the door handle bezel. If there aren't any that's your clue that it snap into place. Use small flat-blade crewdriver to undo the snaps






4. Remove the three mirror mounting screws on the inside of the door and replace the mirror











5. Connect the electrical connector and test the mirror then reassemble the door panel. Re installing it in the reverse order that it was removed




Repair Cracked / Chiped Windscreens

Lot people does not like drive with  chip or cracked windscreen. It is good idea.  why i said that? because some time  chip or cracked windscreen are reason for accidents and its danger for your life. but you can repair can repair that windscreen at your home garage. anyway if you decide that you want to take the job on yourself, you will need to follow some steps to get it done.

First you want to good repair kit for that mission. if you does not have any kind of repair kit possible to buy it in your local market. you can buy prices range from about $80 to about $250. trying  to getting middle range kit.

and main important thing is Don't perform this repair in the hot sun. It will cause the resin to harden too quickly and your repair won't be as beautiful as it could be. 
  
Then clean the damage area of the windshield
using blade and loose pieces inside the damaged area could throw off the repair proces so they need to be carefully picked out.

Placing Suction Cup Tool on top of damaged area.
position the suction cup tool so the threaded center section is directly over the chipped area. Firmly press the suction cups into place, securing the 4 arms of the tool.if you cant centers the damaged area do not worry.because you can adjust it on later


Thread the repair tube into the suction cup tool.
do not use any tool for tiding this tube for cup tool.

Adding 4 drops of Repair Resin in to the cup tool


The plunger pressurizes the repair and injects the repair resin.
 if loos plunger then  re-tight it
