YAMAHA MOTOR CO recently bought a 33.4 per cent stake in the well-known suspension brand, KYB or Kayaba. This means that KYB will now be shifting its operations to India, close to the proposed new Yamaha plant near Chennai. This move will help Yamaha to reduce the cost of the suspension and its components, which, in turn, will help the company to lower the prices of its products in the domestic market.
